Not all mortgage advisers are independent. Those that are, like Mortgage Savings Centre, offer you a truly unbiased view of the mortgage market, which covers over 8,000 mortgage products.

Our independent status means that you can be confident that an adviser's recommendation will be the best solution for your needs. We will tell you the charges for any service or product before it is provided. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate there will be a £250 administration fee payable upon application and either £1495 or 1% of the mortgage advance (3% for non conforming lending), whichever is the greater. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a fee of £3495 payable on completion. If we receive commission from the lender, we will pass on the full value of that commission to you or reduce our fees by the same amount. In the event that you voluntarily decide to buy ASU or Term Life Assurance, we will receive commissions from the insurance companies.
